This is the usual problem that arises after a new revision of the stable release, before CD images/jigdo files for the new release are made. 2.2r6 contained the "-2" version of wmtv, 2.2r7 contains the "-3" version. The "-2" version was deleted from the servers when 2.2r7 was released. In the long run, the best way to make this less of a problem would be to leave the old revision's files on the servers for a week or two after the release.
