No, it contains quite a few files: debian-cd filters out the names of files which are known to change often on the servers (in Makefile): | egrep -v |'/README|INDEX$$|/Maintainers|/Release$$|/debian-keyring\.tar\.gz$$|/ls-lR|//doc/[^/]+/?[^/]*\.(txt|html)$$' | \ Above all, debian-keyring.tar.gz is pretty large.
