The list files for potato (i.e., still the currently stable distribution) are at <http://cdimage.debian.org/cd-images/>, the ones for the unofficial woody snapshots are at <ftp://ftp.fsn.hu/pub/CDROM-Images/debian-unofficial/woody/>. However, the pseudo image kit is slowly being replaced with jigdo, which is a bit easier to use. Have a look at <http://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/> to decide whether you want to try out jigdo.
