I have built ~1.5 iso images consisting of all the slink binaries. This
was done by using debian-cd with a very large SIZELIMIT to create the
file-tree and using this file-tree to build an iso image with mkisofs.
FYI, I used this very large image to create official CD images with rsync
before I switched to the PIK.
