Try tracerouting to ftp.fi.debian.org (trumpetti.atm.tut.fi). I
just got a complete 2.2_rev2 mirror online.
At least the trace from Tampere, Finland goes to www.kabsi.at via
teleglobe in New York and then through above.net.
