found 349316 4:3.5.6.dfsg.1-1 thanks I seem to have hit this, or a similar bug (again). It happens with contacts located on a slow NFS server. When I shut down the KDE session I see a progress dialog indicating that the address book is being written. The progress indicator is at zero and gets interrupted by the logout process quickly. The address book file gets truncated to length zero.
