Thanks for replying. Yes, the build dependency should be versioned. However the patch should help since you shouldn't need to manually update the files. And also please consider asking the tcllib maintainers to provide a /usr/lib/tcllib symlink -- this way, you can use the versioned dependency and this path to finally solve the problem.
