Justification: renders package unusable
This package appears to have no effect on anything when
installed. Given the long time it has been efectively unmaintained and
the fact that upstream's page no longer exists, I assume it was meant
for some earlier xemacs version.
This might make the package a candidate for removal.

Hi!
Actually toolbar-fancy IS working.
If you follow the steps found at
/usr/share/doc/toolbar-fancy/README.Debian you will see that xemacs
toolbar will be displayed with colorful icons, instead black and
white.
Tested with xemacs21 version 21.4.19-2
The package is working. If the package isn't maintained by upstream
anymore, this is another history.
