in fact, one does not have to copy the manpages to debian/ in order to use
dh_installman, simply use dh_installman on upstream's pages (dh_installman
docs/man/manpage.1). If upstreams Makefile installs the manpages in the right
way i wouldnt mind at all and let the Makefile do the job (that depends on the
pov from the maintainer.)
