While I understand that this is mainly a placeholder bug to remind yourself of the issue, it would be helpful if you could in fact write _what_ the issue is. After searching a bit, I found out that dwm 2.1-2 was uploaded to testing-proposed-updates (that explains why it's not mentioned in the changelog), but #402671 is not any more forthcoming that this bug report, and the "99-utf.patch" in the package also just says "fix utf support". Half of it seems to be mucking around with the X pointer anyhow... (It does remove a few setlocale(foo, "") calls, but what that fixes is non-obvious to me.)
