I've checked in what I believe is a fix for the missing user issue when
dspam-webfrontend is configured: make dspam-webfrontend depend on dspam.
I've tried purging everything including the user and re-installing in
various combinations.
I suppose if this isn't fixed dspam-webfrontend, at least, could get
kicked out of testing and etch?
There is a similar issue when installing libdspam7 and
libdspam7-drv-{mysql,pgsql}, so I moved the useradd to libdspam7. It's
possible some developer could install just these, without dspam.
