Package: gtkpod Version: 0.99.4-2 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
*** Please type your report below this line *** gtkpod depends on libgpod0. Perversely, it also conflicts with libgpod0 >= 0.4. The version of libgpod0 in unstable and testing is 0.4.0-0.3. This situation was introduced here: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=395120 presumable in response to things discussed here: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=396769 , wherein it is stated that gtkpod 0.99.4 is not compatible with libgpod0 0.4+ and will not build or run with it present. Despite that assertion, gtkpod 0.99.4 started and ran with libgpod0 0.4 present, though there may have been subtle errors somewhere.
