Package: kphotobymail Version: 0.4-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Hi, the package kphotobymail doesn't depend on python-qt3 which makes it unusable for everybody who didn't install that package before. Its also not possible to know from the description which version of PyQt is needed (both 3 and 4 are in Debian) so one would have to guess or install both.
