I just installed monodoc-http and mono-xsp is running. Opened http://localhost:8081/monodoc and it worked, the login page goes indeed to 404, probably some feature upstream uses for the official page. But the lower frames contain the tree and selected documentation. The stack-trace is not saying anything that helps me. Did you use monodoc-http before?
