This was probably because cfitsio 3.006-1.2, which was the first try at fixing the issue (#397619), was uploaded on Nov 21 but never built succesfully on arm and mips. This was fixed in 3.006-1.3 on Nov 26, so all arches should be OK now. I just verified that libastro-fits-cfitsio-perl 1.05-1 builds fine on arm (a qemu installation) with cfitsio3 3.006-1.3. > I'm sorry for asking him and not following up on his reply - Could you > check this with him on IRC?
