Well, if db2latex-xsl is dead upstream, then whatever we have as source 
in the archive is the source, so the bug claiming that we don't have 
the right sources is obsolete.

Really, we have other problems right now than setting up a new docbook 
toolchain because someone doesn't like the translation source files in 
the old one.
