162s /usr/bin/x86_64-linux-gnu-ld.bfd: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/15/../../../x86_64-linux-gnu/libabsl_scoped_mock_log.a(scoped_mock_log.cc.o): in function `absl::debian10::ScopedMockLog::ScopedMockLog(absl::debian10::MockLogDefault)': 162s (.text+0xabf): undefined reference to `testing::internal::GetWithoutMatchers()' googletest does not have a stable ABI. It is only shipped as a static library, and both this and the ABI instability are usually not a problem where googletest is only used for build tests and nothing that gest shipped. But a static library from abseil using static libraries from googletest runs into the ABI issues. libabsl-dev needs a dependency on the exact upstream version of libgmock-dev it was built with, something like Depends: libgmock-dev (>= 1.17.0), libgmock-dev (<< 1.17.0.1~) > Thank you, > Jeremy Bícha cu Adrian
