Hi,
fenics-dolfinx build-depends on libadios2-mpi-c++11-dev, which is no longer
built by adios2. Instead, it should build-depend on libadios2-mpi-c++-dev,
which is a real package instead of a virtual package.
libdolfinx-dev also depends on libadios2-mpi-c++11-dev, but since
libadios2-mpi-c++-dev
provides libadios2-mpi-c++11-dev, then that may be fine.
