This is a follow-up on #1141782. The patches 0027-Copyright-Update.patch
and 0031-Limit-SSE2-to-x86_64-and-i386-for-FreeBSD-so-Arm-and.patch
stemming from upstream touch files that have a non-free license, so the
patches are to be considered non-free as well. I do not think they carry
any functional difference for Debian now that kfreebsd is gone, so
please just drop them.
