I can't reproduce this bug as reported.
It's configuring fine with libboost-all-dev 1.90.0.1
and proceeding to build.
It's failing build due to the upgrade to Qt 6.10, but that's a
different issue.

I don't doubt it. Our colleagues had to make some effort to push the
boost upgrade through. Perhaps the problem was a bug in one of the other
dependencies that now got fixed.
Please report the different issue as a new bug (or use affects if
appropriate), and allow me to use debbisect to put this bug where it
belongs (probably closed because I have a successful build on
2026-03-10).
It was addressed in MR, so I've uploaded paraview 6.0.1+dfsg1-7 with the
fix.
Let us know if your tests reproduce the boost error with 6.0.1+dfsg1-7.
