Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading to linux-image-6.12.69+deb13-amd64 tonight, multiple GRE6
tunnels are no longer operational.
Both sides of the GRE6 tunnel are running Debian 13 with
linux-image-6.12.69+deb13-amd64.

On both sides, the RX error counter simply keeps increasing.

GRE4 tunnels seem to not be affected, and remain operational.

The release notes for linux-image-6.12.69+deb13-amd64 list:

     - ip6_gre: make ip6gre_header() robust

I would assume a relation.

All PCAPs look normal so far.
