vim-athena is no longer built in Unstable or Testing.
I'm filing this bug as serious because I believe it is a violation of
Debian Policy § 2.2.1 for a package in main to have a dependency on a
package that is not in main. If there are alternates like there are
here, the first package in the list needs to be in main.

In Debian 12 and 13, vim-athena was a transitional package depending
on vim-motif. I don't know if you want to prefer that version though.
