The dpkg 1.23.4 release included changes to parse and validate the
Maintainer and Uploaders fields, and that has now made gem2deb
autopkgtests fail due to it generating an invalid Uploaders field with
the content being only «<>».
As can be seen for example with

with the invalid field at
<https://ci.debian.net/packages/g/gem2deb/testing/amd64/67915681/#L3231>.
I also checked and this has been happening in the past as well, even
for autopkgtests that otherwise passed such as
<https://ci.debian.net/packages/g/gem2deb/unstable/amd64/67833910/#L3358>.
(This will prevent dpkg from migrating, and the reason I noticed. :)
