I took a look at the bug and preinst, and got the feeling
that there's too much mucking around with this syslog stuff.
The current setup does not seem to handle at all the situation
where I have already all "local" facilities used (yes, I do have
two such machines..).
It would be much nicer if ndtpd would by default just log to
"daemon" facility and leave system administrator to worry
about "local" facilities.
