The current version of unicode-data in Unstable is 16.0.0-1. According to https://salsa.debian.org/debian/libxmlada/-/blob/debian/master/debian/README this needs some work in libxmlada and its reverse dependencies. Could you take care of this? Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
