Hi,
There's a new Gnash package in Debian SID. As there have been many changes
upstream, I'm not sure if you're still getting the bug #374996 ("kills all
your processes (including browser) on open a web page with flash"). Can you
check it and confirm whether this bug still exists or it can be closed?
