The Debian GNOME maintainers would like to stop building libsoup2.4.
uhttpmock already switched to libsoup3, but uhttpmock0 is an older
version that still uses libsoup2.4. uhttpmock0 is in Debian only
because it is used for build tests for libgdata which has not been
ported to libsoup3 yet.
There is no point in removing uhttpmock0 as long as libgdata is in
Debian and still uses libsoup2.4.
On behalf of the Debian GNOME maintainers,
Jeremy BĂcha
