Dear Maintainer(s),
systemd v258 dropped some deprecated legacy sysv-era interfaces, so
runit's reboot command is no longer able to start a reboot when
systemd is running. This breaks its autopkgtest, which stops systemd
from migrating to testing, hence the severity.
The autopkgtest needs to call 'systemctl reboot' instead, as that's
always going to work when systemd is running.
