Bug#1111200: deja-dup: 49 alpha is broken without newer rclone

It’s good to update rclone for sure - but just for clarity of the scope, I 
believe it’s only Deja Dup’s Microsoft OneDrive backend that is broken. Other 
backends should still work fine with the older rclone.
