libopts25-dev explicitly declares that it is suitable for
coinstallation via Multi-Arch: same. Actually attempting to do so
results in an unpack error:

As a quick workaround, scheduling another binNMU might fix this. Longer
term, those dates should likely be removed from the manual pages.
