Bug#387410: bluez-utils: fails on upgrade

Upon further investigation, I think that /dev/MAKEDEV is SUPPOSED to be 
there!  Please look at the thread for bug 387995.  Run the following 
command to put the symlink back in /dev/

apt-get --reinstall install makedev
