this is an bug in the database SQL script, see: http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showpost.php?p=13899&postcount=6 it does only occur if http://localhost/zabbix/ is used to access the zabbix page, http://127.0.0.1/zabbix/ or some other ip/hostname will still work.
