This issue has been solved in unstable and is no longer actionable by
the rust-ureq package: Apparently the current blocker for entering
testing is rust-hickory-proto failing to build on riscv64 (not reported
with a formal bugreport: a very common issue with Rust packages is that
autopkgtest is *very* heavy and frequently fail on weaker architectures
and the packages maintained by the Rust team, including
rust-hickory-proto, makes little if any efforts to address this e.g. by
reducing the amount of tests or tuning build flags for weaker archs).

Posting this email mainly in the hope that its mere existence will recet
the counter towards auto-kicking rust-ureq from testing which seems to
not help the current blockage at all.

Cc'ing the release team, in case they are unaware of this larger issue
with a large set of packages around rust-rustls-pemfile currently
stalled in progressing to testing.
