Looking at dpkg log and to the bunch of packages installed at the same time,
I found that it has been installed by the 'setup' script from the
ruby-team repo (g...@salsa.debian.org:ruby-team/meta.git)
I'm currently trying to package a ruby program, and I tried to follow
the advice about ruby packaging in Debian.
So, it has been manually installed from the point of view of APT,
but it was not a decision on my part, so I did not notice/remember it.
