Looks like only rpmlint is left. I'm going to try to update it to latest
upstream to close that gap, but rpmlint is orphaned so I don't think we
should wait for it (but I'll fix rpmlint too anyways).

So I filed a bug with the ftp-masters (#1101522) to remove
python-pytest-flake8 already.
