This is not accurate because there is at least a difference in the copyright holder in clause 3 (Yale instead of "the University"). Please replace the reference with the actual license text.
FWIW, I don't actually buy this... https://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/#license-field links to SPDX (https://spdx.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause) which says "Neither the name of the copyright holder nor the names of its contributors may" is replaceable and I'd argue that Yale University is just another contributor (even though explicitely mentioned)... But will invent a new "BSD-3-clause-Yale" License: according to 6.7 of the spec. Regards, Rene
