python3-pysnmp-lextudio was a fork created when the upstream of
pysnmp4 passed away, but since, someone took over the upstream
pypi project. Therefore, pysnmp-lextudio is not to be used
anymore, and we should:
1/ switch all package back to pysnmp4
2/ remove pysnmp-lextudio from Debian

The pypi projet is pysnmp-lextudio. python-pysnmp4 Debian package is
still the old maintained one. We should switch python-pysnmp4 to the
lextudio first, but there are breaking changes.
