(Severity: serious because this blocks another RC bug.) As described in https://bugs.debian.org/1068502, we're trying to remove python3-pytest-flake8. eccodes-python gained a build-dependency on it in 2:2.39.1-1 on the basis that this allowed enabling tests, but it's actually unnecessary; it only needs a build-dependency on python3-pytest.
