Your packages both contain the file /usr/bin/efetch, which is a
classic file conflict.
Presumably these files do not provide the same features and/or API,
and thus you cannot use Conflicts: to resolve this situation.
Please find another solution, for example renaming both.
Given both packages are maintained by the Med team, I'm sure you'll
find a solution.
