From a quick look it seems that src:liburjtag is now providing the
liburjtag-dev binary.

this seems to be caused by this upload [0] building liburjtag0 /-dev
from src:urjtag (which conflicts the existing one) built from
src:liburjtag.
Andreas, since your upload caused that change, would you mind taking a
look at this ?
