The crate yaml-rust have seen no upstream activity since 2001, and have been flagged as unmaintained in RUSTSEC since 2004:
These dates are off by 20 years, rust didn't even exist in 2001. I'm downgrading this it would be good to look at moving to a fork, but this isn't the right time in the release cycle to be doing that.
