rust-libadwaita fails to build against libadwaita-1 that has been
built with gobject-introspection 1.83.
This needs to be fixed either in gir-rust-code-generator or in the
debian/rules for rust-libadwaita.
I'm filing this bug to prevent libadwaita-1 from migrating to Testing
which will keep rust-libadwaita buildable in Testing.

Well we let glib2.0 migrate so it doesn't make sense to prevent this
from migrating.
