plasma-mobile has an undeclared file conflict with
kde-config-mobile-networking from bookworm. You can reproduce it with
the invocation
mmdebstrap --verbose --variant=apt '' /dev/null 'deb

--include=kde-config-mobile-networking --chrooted-customize-hook='sed -i -e
s/bookworm/trixie/ /etc/apt/sources.list && apt-get update && apt-get download

and will see:
