This cannot be fulfilled by version 5.3.105-1: https://sources.debian.org/src/belr/5.3.105-1/debian/libbelr1.shlibs/ Additionally, the package in experimental has: * libbelr2: Soname bump due to ABI break. I haven't investigated the background or whether this is necessary. BTW: libbelcard1 and libbellesip3 also have shlibs they don't fulfill.
