It seems that uqm-russian 1.0.2-6 is no longer compatible with latest uqm 0.8.0. Running uqm_russion (which should activate russian add-on) no longer works. Fixing trivial changes (different addon path) still does not work and fails with: Loading addon 'russian' No RMP index files were loaded for addon 'russian' with no resulting Russian support. Homepage http://uqm-rus.uvw.ru no longer works, and while I was able to find its SourceForge repo at https://sourceforge.net/projects/uqm-rus/ it was last updated in 2013. There is potential replacement (1.1.1-beta) in https://sourceforge.net/projects/uqm-ru/ from 2019, but it also seems to be for uqm 0.7.x (ref: https://urqm.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?t=225&start=20) and 0.8.x seems to have changed addons structure, so it also fails to work.
