Source: wcc
Version: 0.0.2+dfsg-4.4
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy violation

Dear Maintainer,

as a consequence of #949601 the Built-Using field was introduced for
wcc. Unfortunately it is not used in accordance with Debian Policy
Section 7.8 (I think the license requirements mentioned in this section
are fulfilled in this case).

At present the Built-Using field is used for the wcc source package and
lists a binary package name without any version information. According
to Debian Policy it must be added to binary packages that are built
using code from another source package and list the used source package
name and its version (provided the license situation is such that the
corresponding source code has to be made available).

Best regards,

Peter
