This bug was fixed in time for bookworm. I think closing it is the proper thing to do here. I'm not 100% sure about the tags. I believe they do not apply anymore so I'm dropping them. Feel free (Andreas) to readd them in case they are still needed, but I believe after the above metadata changes, only bullseye should be "affected in the UDD sense", so this is in the hands of LTS team at most.
