The 2.0.17 upload cannot migrate to testing, since piuparts reports a
regression for it. The (hopefully) relevant part of the piuparts log is:

Note that 2.0.17 fixes an RC bug, so if this is not fixed, then
checksecurity is (still) at risk for testing auto-removal.
