Oh wow.
So after getting someone else to test this and failing to reproduce, I
figured I could test in a container, and couldn't!
$ podman run --rm -it debian:unstable
[...]
# apt -U install g10k
[...]
# g10k -help
[works!]
So there is something (SOMETHING?!) on my desktop that breaks g10k. No
idea wtf is going on here.
