My solution to this issue:
The build failure was caused by the missing dependency "rst2pdf," so the
issue can be resolved by adding "rst2pdf" as a dependency in debian/control.
I have tested this solution locally, and it works well.The debpatch is in
the attachment.Please let me know whether this solution can be accepted.
